Why is your furniture so inexpensive?
We sell direct from the importer to the end user. No high rent glitzy showroom, no salespeople, no advertising. Very little overhead allows us to pass the savings onto you, our customers.

Does your furniture require assembly?
A: Most of the items come assembled. Some furniture may require easy assembly and all tools needed are included as well simple instructions.
B: Set-up and assembly can be arranged through El Alacran Furniture customer representative for an extra fee.

We are located at 6434 E. Whittier Blvd. Los Angeles Ca. Zip code 90022.

Can I come to your warehouse where I can see the furniture?

Yes, you may visit our Showroom Monday - Friday 11:00am to 7:00pm - Saturday & Sunday 10:00am to 6:00pm. We have most of the furniture stored in our Warehouse in Los Angeles and usually bring it once an order is placed.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge between $25-$199 (depending on your location) to most parts of Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside, San Bernardino and Bakersfield. (Free Delivery 10 miles From Zip code 90022).

Do Bed Sets include mattresses as shown in Pictures?
The mattresses that are shown with the Bed Sets are for DISPLAY PURPOSES only and are NOT included unless otherwise stated. We do sell mattresses (local delivery only).

What method of payment do you accept?

We Accept Cash, Visa, Master Card.

When do I pay for my order?

You pay for it on delivery when you see the items in person. Or you can pay at El Alacran Furniture Store.

How soon can I have my items delivered?

It can delivered in about 3 to 5 day in the County of Los Angeles, unless otherwise stated.

What type of wood is my item made out of?

Our pieces are made from solid wood oak, birch, pine, rubber wood. Some items also contain a mixture of processed and pressed woods. To inquire about a specific piece please provide your elalacranfurniture.com representative with the model number.

What kind of warranty do I receive? What if I don't like my items once they are delivered?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with El Alacran Furniture's simple warranty program with refunds and exchange policies included. Please see our Warranty section.

How do I place my order?

I opened my box and one of my items was damaged. What do I do?

Please email our customer service with the model number and your contact information. An El alacranfurniture.com representative will schedule an exchange of the item(s). You may also Call El alacran furniture about your damaged item(s). Please see Our Contact Information.


Warranty
We provide a manufacturer's warranty on all items up to 30 days from the invoice date. This covers all manufacturers’ defects within 30 days of delivery but does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc. If your item arrives and you discover any major defects or a damaged piece just give us a call and we will schedule you a Customer Service visit to replace the damaged piece or item, no problem! Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. Please make all arrangements and inquiries to our call offices and not to our delivery team. We will be happy to help you.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your order for a different item you can reorder and schedule a new drop-off date. However, after signing the invoice, all exchanges must be made within 3 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. All items must be in the original factory packaging as it was received. An Elalacranfurniture.com representative will schedule a pickup of the items at the next available opportunity.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with your item after receiving and signing for it and you simply wish to refund your purchase instead of exchanging for another piece, you must notify to El Alacran Furniture within 3 days of the invoice date. Your purchase will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that all items must be returned in the manner they were received and in the original factory packaging. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. For further questions please contact to El Alacran Furniture representative.
